1. General 

  • Our operating hours are Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Items are categorized as either PRE-ORDER [PRE] or READY STOCK.

商品被分类为预购 [PRE] 或现货 [READY]。


2.Ready Stock

  • Products are expected to ship 2-4 days after the payment is made.

现货商品将在付款后的2-4天内寄出哟❤️

🚚West Malaysia (Postage RM8) 

Your parcel is expected to be received within 3 days after shipping 

🚚East Malaysia (Postage RM15/kg ; additional 1kg RM10) 

Your parcel is expected to be received within 1 weeks after shipping

🚚Singapore (Postage RM35/kg ; additional 1kg RM10) 

Your parcel is expected to be received within 1 weeks after shipping


2. About Preorder

  • Pre Order items will be shipped out at least 3-4 weeks after the daigou cut-off date.

预购商品将在代购截单后至少3-4周内发货。

  • Please note that due to the uncertainties and uncontrollable nature of international courier processes, shipments may experience delays. Therefore, we do not accept urgent orders.

请注意，由于国际快递运输过程中的不确定性和不可控性，运输可能会出现延误。因此，不接急单哟。

  • In the event of a preorder item being out of stock, customers can request a refund or choose to exchange the item. Any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

预购商品缺货时，客户可以要求退款或更换商品，💰余额也会退还。

3. Purchase

  • Payment for all orders must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise, the order will be automatically forfeited.     

所有订单必须在24小时内完成付款，否则订单将被自动取消。

  • Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the appropriate colors/sizes before proceeding to checkout. Once an order is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made. KLOVES will not be liable for any errors in color/size selection or duplicate orders.
