Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for all orders, except in cases of product defects or backorder cancellations.

非常抱歉,除产品质量和缺货问题外,任何订单都不接受退款或退换。


⚠️ Please note: Items with slight imperfections such as loose threads or minor stains that do not affect the overall appearance of the item are not considered defective.

  1. What if my item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

We’re sorry for any issues with your order! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item (according to the date on the tracking website) through our Instagram inbox 📥 @kloves.33, providing order references and attachments. We will address the issue promptly. Complaints made after 3 days will not be entertained.

Sorry, we do not offer a self-pickup service at this time. All parcels will be sent via courier.

  1. What are your delivery options and how much is the shipping? Do you deliver to other countries?

请问你们使用什么快递公司?邮费是多少?可以邮寄其他国家吗?

We currently ship only to Singapore and Malaysia.

我们目前仅邮寄马来西亚和新加坡

For West Malaysia, we use J&T Express with a flat rate of RM8. For East Malaysia, the rate is RM15 per kg, with an additional RM10 for each extra kg.

西马邮费 RM8;东马首重 RM15/kg,续重每1kg 加 RM10。

For Singapore, the rate is RM35 for the first kg, with an additional RM10 for each extra kg. For example, 2kg costs RM45.

新加坡订单邮费首重 1kg RM35,续重每1kg 加 RM10。


  1. When will I receive my orders?

我什么时候可以收到包裹?

Usually, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your parcel after it is posted, depending on your location.

一般寄出包裹后需要3-5个工作日送达,视地区而定。

  • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).

  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES once original tags are removed.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
