1. 代购期间 - 加单/拼单

代购期间 - 第一笔订单需在12小时内完成付款。

拼单/加单 - 选择 “自取”；东马/新加坡的顾客将会在代购结束后收到“加单商品”邮费的另外通知。

2. About Preorder

Pre Order items will be shipped out at least 3-4 weeks after the daigou cut-off date. (Please contact us “IG: kloves.33” for latest cut off time)

预购商品将在代购截单后至少3-4周内发货。(具体最新截单日期请IG私信询问）

Please note that due to the uncertainties and uncontrollable nature of international courier processes, shipments may experience delays. Therefore, we do not accept urgent orders.

请注意，由于国际快递运输过程中的不确定性和不可控性，运输可能会出现延误。因此，不接急单哟。

In the event of a preorder item being out of stock, customers can request a refund or choose to exchange the item. Any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

预购商品缺货时，客户可以要求退款或更换商品，💰余额也会退还。

⚠️ Pls take note : All date listed exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Purchase

Payment for all orders must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise, the order will be automatically forfeited.

所有订单必须在24小时内完成付款，否则订单将被自动取消。

Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the appropriate colors/sizes before proceeding to checkout. Once an order is confirmed, amendments cannot be made. KLOVES will not be liable for any errors in color/size selection or duplicate orders.

在结账之前，请确保您选择了正确颜色/尺寸的商品。订单一经确认，不可修改。对于颜色/尺码选择错误或重复订单，KLOVES 不承担任何责任。

4. Product Measurements

Measurements stated may vary by 1-3 cm as the items are mass-produced in factories. Such variations are not considered defects.

由于产品是工厂批量生产的，所标明的测量值可能会有1-3厘米的误差。这种情况不被视为缺陷。

Colors of products may differ due to the color calibration of individual mobile devices and may appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
